They admitted this, and it was like a taboo for them to spend money on a leftist lesbian. You can see this everywhere; many times, transphobic accounts online don’t hide their likes and it’s full of trans porn.
At the time, I played it off as being compensated by bigots for their bigotry, but really it’s not that. My content didn’t change their mind. If anything, their little taboo game with themselves made it fester as queerness being dirty, secretive, sexual and shameful. Having 100 Euro more in your account doesn’t protect you from the consequences when it comes to voting.
